Dedicated to the memory of Patricia Plummer
It is with great sadness that the family of Patricia Plummer announce her passing after a battle with illness, on Saturday 24th March, at the age of 64 years. She will be sadly missed by her husband of 36 years, David, and her daughter, Charlotte.
A celebration of Patricia's life will be held on Tuesday 10th April and all are welcome to come and support the family.
Those who so desire may make memorial donations in memory of Patricia to Macmillan Nurses.
